Sorry to break up this discussion on WB but im wondering when should i use HRT and when i should use puncture to blow my frenzy?

Due to the wounds debuff dosnt HRT technically do more "dmg" than puncture?

HRT should definitely works: Wounds debuff first, than 2 hits, not viceversa.

If You are speced up in to witchbrew and have anni set equiped, HRT debuff target wounds for 90. So basicaly You do more dmg with HRT than with puncture even puncture dmg tooltip is about 100dmg higher.

If you are speced in to OYK+PA or standard PA,EOIP,crit + masterfull treachery, than not even bother to put HRT on your hotbars and use puncture insted.

At the end of the video where Shebali explains her 3sec burst 8k dmg...
How can she uses the opening ability + elixir + position feinting + PA in 3 sec, is there no GCD on elixir? does she use an addon?
3 sec => 8k dmg, with elixir and position feinting doing no dmg, means only AA and PA and kiss proc go for 8k dmg? really?
Im confuse, i cant understand how is that possible to cast so much abilities in 3 sec, and how only AA and PA deal 8k dmg
Someone can analyze that pls?

If You look at Shebali stats she has 307 dmg bonus with mix of invader/warlord gear + LOTD jewelry anc jewel+cloack combo + rr 70 weapons. Dont expect that kind of power with annihilator gear and 51 dps scen weapons

She also has "only" 23% crit chance so I asume she was using Frenzied Mayhem tactic(3% crit for every bloodlust up to max 5 stacks = 15% crit chance) to get close to 40% crit chance which is I would say breaking point when WE starts to be verry effective.

As was mentioned before, Elixir and FP has no ICD so you can pop them up instantly. Main source of dmg is rotation PA,KD,AW or puncture(depends on how much HP your target still has) with elixir You can achieve that 8-9k with just AA and kiss procs betwen those 3 button rotation.
