having some issues with minimap sometimes it stops me from opening the map or clicking the SC button ect is there another mini map addon or possibly im messing something up ?

Known issue, /reload usually helps but I heard Cmap from Suzus UI doesn't cause the problem.

From reading, it appears that both cmap and minmap can both cause the "M not working" problem. Easiest way is to reload if that works, or simply to relog.

I've done some extensive testing of cmap to compare it to minmap, and once I got it set up correctly I can confirm that it hasn't caused the "m" function to stop working once.

Furthermore, I'd also say that I prefer it. You can zoom all the way out to the zone map, and it then lets you click on it to go to the main map. It's highly customizable, and you can add buttons for various functions to it. There's no gui for setting it up, it's all text commands which is its major minus point. However, another nice feature (if you track this) is that it can be set to show your influence in your current zone (also as a %). This is handy when the PQ tracker interface seems to be very buggy.

Version I've been using is from Indrith's excellent repository.

I have been watching this thread for a year (despite new account- forgot the pass & email on my previous) or so.

I like it! It's clean, simple and slightly minimalistic.
