Increase the population cap to +1000 please. The server CAN handle it now that people are spread to three tiers.

One way you could reduce lag is to check all those unnecessary buff/debuff checks the server does all the time. I'm not sure how much you are able to change of the code, but this is one thing that makes the game laggy.

Same thing with the player position updates.
