Client download issues and troubleshooting

Hello,

just downloaded the game and got this error message when I launched it.

Hello, I just installed the game, and when I hit the connect button, this error shows up,

I am still getting the Data.myp error. I tried everything mentioned in the stickies and still got the error message. I also ( per your last message) downloaded the launcher directly from the link you posted, still the same result.

Post the error log or a screenshot of it so I can know more.

The solution to your problem seems to be to rebuild performance counters. All the info is in that thread, good luck!

Worked, thanks for the quick answer ! Did there was any character database wype in the few passed months ? i had few chars 30+ and i don't have any in my char list now (maybe wrong topic for this one sorry )

Yeah there was a database wipe around the transition from T3 to T4 content, I believe that was at the end of March? I haven't yet found RoR back then so I don't exactly know. But yes, all accounts that haven't logged in for more than 3 months got wiped.
