Client download issues and troubleshooting

Yeah there was a database wipe around the transition from T3 to T4 content, I believe that was at the end of March? I haven't yet found RoR back then so I don't exactly know. But yes, all accounts that haven't logged in for more than 3 months got wiped.

I feel sad for this news mehh

Hi,

I cannot unzip the client. I tried downloading it from megafileupload and pCloud.

Both downloads get a "corrupted error." Downloading the client again yields the same results.

Does anybody have another source? I'd rather not torrent, because it gets persecuted heavily in Germany if you torrent copyrighted stuff.

EDIT: I could download the one from pCloud. By using WinRar instead of 7zip the unzipping worked.

Have followed the steps and tried some of the trouble shoot solutions but keep getting this. Anyone know?

Remove the write-protection (right click the game folder -> properties -> disable read-only) from all the files in the WAR folder and try again. You may also try running the launcher with Administrator privileges.

@Tiggo, I have now downloaded the game, but my account is inactive and I no longer have the email linked to the account. I could however name off toons and items that are on my account. Please help?

when you can post here you should be able to login, too. Did you try to reset your password? You might need to wait untill a server restart though then.

If you are getting this error message:
Data.myp:
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\mythloginserviceconfig.xml'.

Try replacing your launcher with this unpacked copy

For further support post below, but only doing so once you've done all the above.
