This is a nerf to healing shamans no matter what the "absurd range" is. Slayers attack players that are being healed by shamans and will be able to strip their hots, so an indirect nerf to shaman healing. Is that the intention?
Until we see an exorbitant amount of 2h Slayers shutting down shammy heal groups, and until Shaman and Slayer see the rest of the tweaks being planned, I wouldn't make that statement.

General
- Elixir of Blades is now Path of Carnage. (why? just because you have to force us to play the witch elf aoe?)
- Elixir of Insane Power is now Path of Suffering. (Obviously the perfect synergy between Pierce Armor and EOIP was nerfy, bad modification.)
- The cooldown of Shadow Prowler is now 35s instead of 30s. (This does not have the slightest sense, I could understand it if the duration of the stealth increased, yet another useless change.)
- The cooldown of Shadow Prowler will be reduced by 1 second for every enemy within 100 feet when its effect is broken. (This is always to force the witch to jump into the fray, if a class does not do aeoe you can not accept?)
- Modified the tooltip of Shadow Prowler to better indicate how stealth works.
- Added a new tactic, Shadow Strike. Grants a 50% speed bonus when in Shadow Prowler and reduces the cast time by 1 second, but reduces the duration to 3 seconds. (I can not understand how we can give life to such a thing)

Until we see an exorbitant amount of 2h Slayers shutting down shammy heal groups, and until Shaman and Slayer see the rest of the tweaks being planned, I wouldn't make that statement.
On the other hand, shammie ap starvation is now solved though, no need to cast those costly hots anymore :D

What a bullcrap. Why everytime order gets 3 blessing/enchantment removal, some shamman player step up and yelling its against his class? Why not zealot? He can also maintain 3 blessings on friendly target? Or dok? Or blackguard with his self+dark protector blessings? Or chosen with his self buff enchantments?

Have you tried all the WE Changes? The AoE damage with Ruthless Assault is now great and means you actually have some AOE outside of some garbage tactic and OYK. Cause EOIP really worked well with PA? This is to match the WH tree where they get H/D + 50% Armour pen, which gave them a huge edge in fights.

ST WE got a 10-15% DPS increase from the Envenomed blade change alone. Throw on 50% armour pen and now WE is quite deadly.

Get out there and test it instead of QQing on the forums. All the changes are buffs in my eyes.

If you are unwilling or incapable of disagreeing while providing actual reasons beyond "This change sucks and you must be an idiot if you made it", then why should I waste my time engaging you any further?

The players themselves can intervene if they wish - I only looked at WE and WH to begin with because I was presented with a document they compiled requesting changes for WB spec :)

Of course I tried the changes and you omitted a lot of basic things, too bad that you did not realize that Ruthless Assault is not 50 percent more, too bad that you did not realize that Ruthless Assault serves no purpose in ST currently, not you noticed that the stealth CD has become 35 seconds instead of 30 this nerf further ST, at a tactical level in ST anyone who knows how to use WE uses EB because it frustrates the use of Agile Escape which is fundamental in ST and in solo and if used well it guaranteed you a return in Stealth in 30 sec. EOIP really worked well with PA? damn yes, the WH were nothing against the WE before this patch, just knowing how to use it, you just talk about AOE without seeing that the Solo build of WE has been destroyed, I'd love to know what RR you are and what's the name your WE.

1. I was author of WE/WH reworking schetch.
2. I consulted those changes with other players - if they want to put theirs names here they will. If not they won't.
3. Not all of our propositions was implemented.
4. Rework is not yet finished. In next patch you will see some things. And it still won't be end.
