Basically you cant. Its supposed to work at a 1-1 ratio, so assuming it works right, and if 800 ws gives you say, 20% parry (making up numbers here), then 800 str gives you 20% strikethrough, and it all cancels out. Edit: Negate is probbaly a bad word. Assuming every point up to a certain amount is wasted because it gets ignored by str/int/ball, at which point do I get a defensive benefit form WP/WS/Init?
But, as others said, that str doesnt cancel out parry from renown/gear/ect. So theres no need to stack ws just to make sure your parry from renown/gear/ect isnt canceled out by str.
