Then ask if you can join an existing group. If that doesnt work out try to look for a guild and make guild/alliance internal groups. If i normally really want to get a group i can find one no matter what, so i dont believe others have it any worse tbh.

If everyone played a healer and/or tank an hour for every few hours they spend on their DPS, there would be less DPS competing with each other for the SC spots and more healers/tanks. An other positive effect would be that people who play DPS exclusively would experience what the game is like as a healer or tank and (hopefully) learn how to cooperate with their teammates instead of expecting them to act as their personal guard/healbots.

News flash: MMOs aren't singleplayer games.
Play with other people. Get a balanced group of 2 or 3 different roles and see the SCs pop in literally seconds. Problem fixed.
That's what I love about the new system: It encourages people to group up and play together. Which is exactly what this game is all about, for most people. There are of course the few who enjoy solo play, and they are fully allowed to do so, but that's not what the majority wants from a game like WAR,where it all focuses around large scale battles.
Again, it's impossible to please everyone, so I think if anyone should be rewarded by a system, it should be the players who play the game as it was intended. And by intended I mean what Mythic's idea for the game was:

Hello,
we try to make sc to a better experience, that is our target. At the moment we test a system that try to make balanced sc based on archetypes.
We know that this system has some flaws and I need to say again this is an alpha. We test it out look how it works and try to tweak it.
As less as we try to force dmg healers to play full healers or anybody else who try to play his class like he want so less we want to force dds to play other classe or to force anybody else to something he don't want.
At the moment we try to find out what can be the best solution and how we could realize it. The current state will not be a permanate siutation.
At least please use this thread http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... =8&t=11490 for any further discussion.
