Hi!!

I have anxiety... So it's difficult to talk to people. I get really hesitant about posting/saying anything anywhere because I worry what people will say about me.

I also have intrusive thoughts. so when people say mean things to me I get really angry. and w/o thinking I say stupid mean stuff back. I don't mean to though. that's kind of when the anxiety hits hard too.

0.o ! I have same problem. I think it took me about 12 hours to click ''submit'' when i created my video thread here. I had to rewrite it several times, cause the cloudflare would delete it every 10 minutes... Then I had all those scenarios in my head of people being mean and the thread deteriorating into a flame WAR.

To my relief, 99% of the people paid no attention to it whatsoever, and those who did were great support (its mostly always what happens...I just cant rationalize it before getting anxious).

Sorry to hear about the Anxiety. It's a serious issue, just gotta take baby-steps, and don't every worry about having to just say "No More" and walk away for a bit.

p.s. Choking One's Self is awesome! But it's hard to get away with while at work... Hence Drugs!
