It explained stacking BO weapon skill buff too.
On the old warhammer alliance board was a topic about stacking rules and it is probably gone forever.
if u mean the live combo of follow ma lead and the tactic of no chopping me, they did stacked in live but it doesnt on ror. or atleast did not stack last time i run it . i do think it was a a spiky thing back in the day when people mentioned sm spirit debuff but the nerf of bork ws combo buff.
Yes, it doesn't work here opposed to live.

its more Woh is 320+ (Celegion has 340) and HB is 220

The highest of HB can reach 252
WOH seems 380+
But resisit seems to be hardcap. Even 0 resist still have 20% def

Sm spirit debuff is fine no different then a class bringing armor debuff. If blade enchanment did not stack it would break the class. IE absorb spec would be gutted. Nothing of value here in this thread. Understand the class your facing and play accordingly.

A sm bring a spirit debuff that stacks this is unique and one realm only feature.

So no it is not like another class bringing an armor debuff. An example of a comparable thing would be if a class brought a debuff that stacked with other debuffs

What actually is the reason to make this stackable?
I personally find it borderline op, but not from the good side of borderline.

The real mystery is why don't Order players abuse SM resis debuff + Kotb resis debuff stacking and run with BWs who face targets with close to 0 resists left. ;)
I mean it works, its efficient and the magical dmg becomes next level brutal.

Maybe less double kotb parties and more SM+Kotb combos in the future once more people realize just how good it can get.

And anyway, Destro can debuff armor a lot, but many of the options includes morals on long CD, so its usually standard bring your mara to debuff everything stuff. (with WL having same armor debuff anyway) The other option includes bringing a DPS Zealot, which are still extremely rare sights. ( zealot tactic based armor debuff - meaning stacks with ability based debuff)

The important difference IMO is that SM by itself applies the double debuff with HB + WOH, something that is truly unique.

Does HB stack with KotBS auras? I thought only WoH did that. Correct me if I'm wrong, but i thought only double spirit debuff was possible (and not double ele, double corp). Which would make this useless for BW (corp + ele).
