VI/WED has the added bonus of being more burst damage than PT/WR. Chaining multiple yellow spenders can nuke most non-SnB classes.
I was running 2h slayer recently for couple of days. Power trough is not problem itself, but it takes important tactic slot that could be used for pure dmg buffing thingy like Flanking for example. Makes 2h instantly deal smaller dmg than dual wielding counterpart that doesnt have to slot rage related tactic.
Spellbreaker itself was dissapointment too because absorb shattering effect is applied after damage.

Also think you went a little overboard with the Morale Drains.
Order now has 3 AE morale drains to Destro's 1

Hmmm....

I'd understand the change if Bad Gas! still increased CDs, since it affects enemies within 30ft like Shatter Limbs, but Indigestion is a cone that requires aiming and isn't as likely to hit as many targets.

iFOC (single DD) in the change tree and Firestorm (AE dd) in the havoc tree never made sense. I'm assuming IFoC will be affected by chaos unleashed (15% crit), Aza?

Another good point about wild changing lowering the CD of Firestorm and allowing it to be cast on the move for those that spec high enough in the tree.

IFOC is read as a Havoc ability so yes.

1 suggestion - make IP tactic core, it's mandatory for almost any build and limiting WE/WH builds drastically.
Since Oyk grants stun, that move will make every we/wh run 1-2 mastery all the time.
