There is no official EU/NA english release. However, some dedicated fans made english patches for almost everything; they are updated weekly and the quality of the translation is very good.
It's a pure pve game but I'm having a lot of fun on it, the combat system is as good as a top-tier action game.

ps: If you plan to play it and use the weapon show in the video (twin machineguns); just don't use it like in the video, they are one of the best MELEE weapon (high point blank damage, no range , no accuracy).

Hey, that's cool. I couldn't find much info on the Western version except that in 2013 (I think) Sega stated that it is still in the works. My guess is that they slashed the Dev team to bare bones or else they are going to leap-frog development and focus on new features?? It's pretty strange that they didn't push early, also strange they ignore the Steam market... yadadada.

Anyway I didn't know it was only PvE, that Mining Base would make for a awesome PvP scenario
