Defensive 2H: Overlord helm. and shoulders. 4 pc Vang. (chest, belt, gloves, boots) Beastlord cloak and ring with winds impervious jewel set. For my weapon I use memory of kalgalanos (dragon's end can be used here since it has a similar proc.) This setup with parry tactic and renown spent into reflexes will make you a parry machine. I'm not sure if the overlord set is available anymore so this setup may not be obtainable for all people.

If you are doing rvr you can swap your weapon for subjugator glaive or black veil for the speed proc. I would also use Unstoppable Juggernaut and Endless Pursuit tactic when doing rvr to keep up with your group when kiting, but this all to your liking.

With a combo of invader and offensive sov you can still remain pretty tanky without sacrificing your str, you can still remain at around 700toughness with 800str and over 900wounds and 4karmour at least.
