Jaggernaut - dosnt remove snares and engi/magus root
Iron Breaker
Binding Grudge - If target taunted and grudges >25, dmg is ignoring victim's armor & toughnes.
Heavy blow - With 0 -20 grudges, deals dot over 3 sec. Dot should not be (0-20 Grudges).
Stone breaker - deals correct dmg, effect (armor debuff) isn't working.
Guarded Attack - deals correct dmg, effect (armor buff) isn't working.
Oath friend- used once after log in game, impossible use to next target.
not sure... but:
Career mechanic - gain grudges any time an IB suffers dmg, instead any time an enemy attacks (including block/parry) ib. To same for Oath friend, and Black Guard's career mechanic.

Bright Wizard:
-Shield of Aqshy: No extra armor applied. (No being set back is probably not working either but can't tell for sure.)
-Flames of Rhuin: You see damage done via this buff from other players pretty much everywhere you go switching into combat a lot.
- Smoke Screen: Cone of fire is too small.
Section of "not sure, but probably not working", still BW:
- Pyroclastic Surge: Don't think the cast time increase happens. Causes cast-bug to appear a lot.
- Siphon Power: I'm not sure if this actually works. Both parts of it.

Dazzling strike - deals damage correct. Effect (increasing build time by 50%) isn't working.
Bluring shock - deals damage correct, effect is working incorrect (deals damage to SM every time if he hits "Bluring shock", and deals damage to attakers who dids damage crit. In PVE effect is disappearing immediately.

Not 100% sure, but 80% only:
Upon leaving a scenario with a DoT/Debuff/etc... applied on you before it fades off, you cant no longer join scenarios due to be "in combat".

Emperor´s Ward (first Tactic): dosen´t procc
Blazing Blade: the skill info says it´s stackable 3 times but it only renew´s the DoT timer nothing more, but no clue if it was on the live server too since i play the knight in RoR for the first time.
Guard: sometimes guard works even if the guarded is more than 30 feet away
Crippling Blow (Snare): dosen´t apply everytime

Melee morales use their CD, but do not always deal damage, due to the well known melee range bug that exists since launch.
Marauder: is that 25% heal debuff working properly???
Mutations sometimes do not always have their visual effect.
NPC guards can only hit in melee. Makes them ineffective.
WH/WE Stealth CD does not show correctly or not at all.
I will report more if I find them! But I will need a test volunteer!
I understand that this is an ability report thread, but I have found (not only me ofc) some other very annoying bugs that alter the gameplay of WAR. If you think this post should not be here, delete it!
There are no immunities to roots, knocks etc. This means you can be chain rooted, chain knocked and other very annoying CC's.
There is no fall damage. This is why there ae the jumpers in Gates of Ekrund.
Only the player/NPC who delivers the DB (and the party in which he is) takes credits from the kill. So, people camp spawn light harted since 90% of the time NPC gets the DB, ie no credit for the camped people. You may steal kills in PvE or ORvR.
If you crash log you disappear from game. Lame since people use it to escape death in PvP.
