Lost items overnight

We have now applied a fix to the problem, so this issue should no longer occur.

However, we do not yet have an update regarding lost items. We are still considering options for recovering them for affected players.

That was dev speak for it's still Alpha, you aren't getting them back.

There's some rather complex database query crafting going on to accurately assess and replace items that were snapped out of existence. The goal being a one time offline replacement rather than case by case inventory day nightmare. There are far too many irreplaceable items that had been stashed in banks for us to simply alpha handwave them off.

Hello, i have the same issue. I have duplicated victorious and hulker (def sov) pieces on my bank. Also, my victorious belt is missing. I can delete duplicated ones and buy a new one for missing one. I would like to point out that the problem still persists.

Hi, i might be of help as I did not log in this week till today and I found some changes in my bank. I can easily spot what is out of place because I organize my items based on the the type and the icon's miniature.


On Destro my IC bank's 1st page looks like this today:

So in the first position there is now an invader's shoulders item. That item has been moved and has overwritten something there but I can't remember what.

On the 2nd page where all my shoulders items are stored, there is now I assume a duplicated invader's shoulders item in the 2nd row because that item is not in it's place. Based on the item's icon I would have placed it in the row above with the others.

On the 3rd page there is now an armor talisman in the first position which is not where I would have put it. The other talismans are under on the right. It must have been moved and has overwritten something else that was in the first position.

In my K8P bank's first page:

What is obviously out of place here are my two trackers items (gloves and feet 2nd row, position 6 and 7) that have been moved from the 2nd page to this location. I also know for a fact that I had 2x Karl's Limp Wrist Trophies next to each other. One was overwritten by one of the tracker item.

Edit: I remember now that the 2nd item overwritten by the tracker items was the horn that was given as a twitch drop the week before.

On the 2nd page where I stored last week my tracker gloves and feet there are two items that seems to have been duplicated. First the Braggart feet item and second the Bloodlord gloves. I have now two pairs of those which I don't think I had before as I only store them for the skin. I presume my tracker items where next to them in the bank.
