Feels like this change is also a bigger nerf for Order than destro.
Dodge is more valuable for destro since its valuable stats vs 2 class (Engie and SW), so buffing init that has dodge is better for destro. To complet that change disrupt should be removed from willpower and also be moved to init making it a general avoidance stat with the same impact for both side.
The nerf of WS, once again impact more Order due to having more class needing that stat ...
The change is a low quality one especially with it not been fair in regard of both faction.
And Healers still get the benefit of having a primary stat (willpower) buffing "offensiv" (increase healing) and defensiv (Disrupt).

Add a bonus effect on willpower like "heal debuff strikesthrough" then?
