I don't know of many or any really, PvP games that allow organized groups to play against PUG/solo's (even WoW doesn't). This was is and is still one of warhammer biggest faults competitive wise. That and no MMR/Bracket system. But a lot of people are against it, because it would mean SC's would be more of a focus than they "should" be in the game.Luuca wrote:
Easy Mode is available to all players who wish to participate. Simply gather up 5 other competent players of proper class composition, get a free VOIP service server, a cool guild name, a $14 headphone with Mic from Wal Mart, and learn to play.

Casuals would be able to have their fun in SC's without the terror of playing against a premade, and premades/competitive/hardcore players would have the opportunity to routinely test their skills against other groups in a much more even grounded setting than just farming pugs.
ATM I feel like SC's are about as competitive as non-ranked AREM dota, aside from organized GvG 6v6's (which I doubt has happened more than a handful of times on this server) there is no real competition happening. Even if you meet another preamde in an SC you have the random element of your entire other half of your team being random people, and the premade with the better pugs (skill and group composition wise) almost always win.
