He should have received the mail to activate his account.
According mailserver is fixed, doing it manually will cause more issues than solution. Tell him to use the link he received please :).

Hello! Just tried logging in for the first time and it says my account isn't active. This seems to be the place to solve that :)

Currently the only people we should manually need to set as active are the ones that did not get an email in the first place and already had someone activate their account manually. You should have an email with a link to click otherwise.

Hi, I am having the same problem, even though I received the email and activated my account.

Says my account is not active when I try to connect on the launcher. Username is Snusmumrikan
