Waagh in general seems bucked, it does not reduce spells to instant cast level.

Warrior priest: that mend ability they have, in theory it works. Its a heal that costs actions points and it is ranged, originally Warrior priests could not use their action points for healing. only with an ability called Devine strike, it did some damage and returned 75% of that to healing. It was a weak version of the devine assault ability.

@Shaman. afaik the instant casts work when stacked 5 waagh/high magic. theres just a graphical glitch with them showing the animation, even though the spell comes instantly

So arslan, if you cast Restore Essence, but move while doing so and instantly use Rend Soul after it, you most likely wont cast it! Test it out
You could be on to something here because i have experienced some sort of double interupt and i couldnt see anyone nearby who could of interupted me.

Its simply a misleading visual glithc with the GCD not being shown, while the client still says you have it running :)
im pretty sure theres no problem with interrupts in general, but if someone finds a special bug with that and can tell me roughly what happened, i can perhaps try to reproduce it

Im not to sure how it occurs. As a bw..try casting pyroclastic surge and have your target move out of los at around 1 sec of the cast and move straight back into view then cast a fireball, was something similar to that when it happens to me.

I had some interrupt too on my magus. Seems what noise tell fit what happened to me too.

Perhaps youre still in like 0.1 or 0.2sec of the invisible GCD when you start casting the fireball. But yes, its possible that theres some Bug with LoS resets, as there also where with healing before the patch. Some strange packet handling of the server here i guess :D

heals - all heals on self cause combat when cast on self when out of combat. I don't remember that behavior on live afaik.

M1 single heal going off + consuming Morale when target when not passing a LoS check (but distance check works)

auto-attack - graphic glitch. (basically autoattack is not doing range check?)
reproduce steps
ranged - 1dot a target at range 2 auto attack
melee - 1attack with axe 2 try auto attack at distance when outside the range limit (the animation goes off)

DOK/WPs seem to be doing a lot more damage in scenarios now; whether or not that is due to an influx of pro players, or a Covenant/Prayer stackage problem - I dunno.
Can anyone clarify on this?

WP prayer deals no damage fyi. But maybe its simpy due to skills not bugging out any more. Before the patch a lot of Rend Souls/Divine Assaults simply didnt work as well as their slow(which deals good damage as well)

I think it is mostly a server issue (the interrupts), since sometimes the skill continues to build - or attack - even if the castbar does not show. No idea about the real cause though. No other skill running at the same time as well.

Yeah all melee now deal more damage, since it was fixed. DoK and WP in t1 can deal lots of damage. This is my poorly geared DoK Ftiagmenov

If you find the issue with these interrupts melee will be 100% operational.
