[Support] I cannot log in with my character

I'm stuck in Altdorf and it's impossible to login :/

Like a lot of players, the loading screen put me back on the character selection screen

I try in 2 different PC and crashed every time in load screen

Again stuck!

I'm from Tercio de Estalia (The very best Spanish guild of server )

The screen appear loading the game after select the character and after 1-2 minutes crash or back to the selection screen

Problem: I cannot enter the game when trying to log in with those characters. Instead, the loading screen sends me straight back to the character selection screen.
