Client download issues and troubleshooting

When ever i try to unzip the 5 parts i downloaded with the mega download i get an error saying some files are damaged ive downloaded the files via Mega and Unzip em with 7Zip does anybody know a possible solution for this problem?

If it is giving errors on certain files, it should tell you which part number is "corrupt". Download that part again, and extract it again.

I just tried it again with the same results. It launches just fine, I get the credits (Mythic, EA, Games Workshop) then it crashes.

Nvm: I downloaded the torrent link and it works just fine. Thanks for all you do, Elven!!!

Hello! I downloaded the game and the launcher but when i download the launcher it sas it has some virus and my Norton Sercurity Keeps deleting it! Does it has a virus or is it just fake? It sas it's suspicious cloud 9

It's a false positive on virus. Your anti virus is derping too much. Just temporarily disable it while you get the launcher, and add it to the exception list once you have it in your game folder.

Tyvm! I did that!

Now i have another problem! When i run the game i log in but i only see 4 buttons cinema credits setting and quit! I tryed do the fix that i saw in the forum about downlding som stuff that would rebuild the library or something but that didn't help

Right click the game folder and go to properties. Make sure read only is disabled, and run the game as administrator.

As of yesterday (03/30) I couldn't get the torrent to find any peers to download from. No seeds. No leeches. Not too big of a deal as I am now just downloading the Mega files, just figured I'd give you guys a heads up.

I fixed my problem now! Downloaded the game with torrent and took away the read only from the game folder and now i can create a char and join the realm
