Yeah, feeling really bummed out in tier 3. Keeps are nearly impossible to take, played for 10 hours and only 1 keep flipped sides. And since BOs give no reward, only source of xp/renown is from raw player kills, which only give about 100xp/20 renown each. And order is usually steamrolling so im just stuck in Scenarios to progress in any manner.

I really dont like Serpants pass. Once a side starts winning, its too hard to turn the tides. This is because the teams spawns are so close together, you hardly get a chance to push through once you kill a few of the winning team, as they will be right back before you get a chance. And capping the ball gives hardly any points so every game takes 15 minutes even if the objective is fully uncontested

Anyways, i remember playing back when tier 2 was the endgame, and BOs gave good xp/renown/inf, and keep doors were much easier to break down. What was wrong with that? This current system only gives meaningful character progression to people who zone cap and have a freakishly huge, multi-warband groups who can kill keep doors in a decent amount of time

Also, oil. 2200 unmitigated damage per tick? It can massacre your entire melee line instantly without warning. Ive heard reports of players earning multiple levels with AAO per click on the oil

I asked this problem 2 days ago in Advice when one of the devs was online. He said: "Don't like it - leave it". Thats the problem, devs are not so interested of community opinion. It looks like they have focus group of testers as well as they test by yourselves. And they think this system is good, they can and they have the most influence of what is good and what is bad for game.

I do not want to insult and to express dissatisfaction to the developers, they spend their time, for the work they do not get anything. But it is possible to achieve great project success only cooperating. Now its looks like "We know what to do just report bugs and be patient" .

Best regards to everyone and hope for the better times of project. I think today I will have a break untill patch (the only thing Im interested in game now - last epic t4 quest), cause there is nothing to do (Lvling by SC really slow and boring, untill I get at least 35+)

go away and be back in 6 months, or a year, or never. There are plenty of people enjoying the game at it's current state
or if you have better idea, then set up your own server with your 'oh so great' ideas

And about sc's premade, I play order, two days ago we had a killing streak and in 4 hours we lost 2-3 scenarios, but yesterday we were the ones getting steamrolled and after a few tries we called it a day, destro was winning every sc we joined
Am I whining? No. Because this is how it works, one day you get kills, another you get killed. This is what makes game fun

Back in the days, the bowl of oil was the first thing that was shot down before melee went to work on the door, maybe try that now aswell.

true but is a different thing when dev say "this is a temporary bandaid system" or "this is the system which represents our vision of rvr"

Problem today is, Oil is not present until a player buys it and puts it down. So they wait until our whole melee line is attacking the gate,then instantly plant down the oil and kill them all instantly before we have any possible chance to destroy it or warn the melee line.

Before, if i recall, all keeps had oil. So you could destroy it before you advanced to the door.

Maybe this is telling you to fight other players instead of capping undefended objectives ?

Sure, but where are the players in T2? No where most of the time, and when they are there, they are just camping the WC now because there is no incentive to anything else.

You should be rewarded for capping zones, even if there is no player, but just reward more when there are players.
jsut about 2 hours ago there have been 2 destro WBs and 2 oder wbs fighting in ostland .. so i wonder where you are while people are around ?

T1 os populated, T2 is Populated T3 is alil slacking ... in T4 you get 4-10 WBS bashing each other ... so all i see is mi mi mi mi mi mi .... <.< all works fine and is fun ...

I'm glad there's people on right now, that's great, I can see here on the site there's over 1100 people on the server. That's awesome. The thing is, I am in the Pacific timezone. I am at work right now. When I play, there's 200-300 people on the server, typically 9pm-1am PST (5am-9am UTC). I'm glad there's a healthy European population, but the NA population is lacking and these changes severely hurt them. It's better on the weekend no doubt.
