if one makes the argument that Conq is like 5% better than Anni, then Onslaught could be argued to be ~3% better than Anni.

of course, since different classes have different needs, Onslaught might become BiS for them depending on their favoured playstyle needs.

Close to Beastlord, a bit better than Anni, not quite as good as Conq. In the mix with the rest of the stuff we currently have tbh.

Going down a dangerous path giving BWs and Sorcs a boost proc on onslaught. I thought Aza went into significant detail on why this is a bad thing.

Also surprised people haven't mentioned those sov style SE/RF procs on dok/Wp onslaught

Same goes for WE/WH boost procs.
Well, on Conq healers get a strong defensive proc so it gives nice choices.
