Zealot:
Only specable one that is truely terrible is,
Manipulation - 25% chance for 25% damage from healing is a bad joke, hard to fix without making it epic burst though.
Other ones that aren't bad but don't get picked...
Tzeentch's refreshment - hello ap rirual
Lashing waves - decent but not worth a tactics slot
Swirling vortex - a tactic to buff an ability with a 1 min cooldown, how often do other people use a zealots marks.
Base:
Backlash - racial but wtf...
Drink deeply - meh, wts is better
Empowered alteration - more ap gain which isn't ap ritual
I'll edit in the formatting later once it's had a bit of feedback, i'd love to hear what other zealots think is useless.

Swordmaster:
Adept Movements - Nobody use this as you can use sudden shift to control AP.
RoR.builders - Sword Master
Forceful Shock - Again not bad to have single target knockback for SM, but why does it have to be on skill that is meant to help you burst your target not knock him away from you/team. (Only used this tactic in Lava scenario) - Maybe change Gusting Winds single target and equal strength to Kotbs/Chosen knockback.
RoR.builders - Sword Master
Dampening Talon - Idea is decent, but like with many SM skills 5 seconds just doesn't last long enough to be any use. And usually just waste of tactic slot for this kind of debuff.
RoR.builders - Sword Master
Deep Incision - Physical damage dot, when SM already have much better spirit damage dot tactics. Wasted mastery tactic.
RoR.builders - Sword Master
Bolstering Enchantments & Blessing of Heaven - The heals are very weak and most of the time not worth even using, rather if 1 healing tactic was kept and something else was added to the Hoeth mastery tree, maybe tactic that actually buffs party with disrupt % as that would be with idea of Hoeth mastery.
RoR.builders - Sword Master
Poised Attacks - When you have discerning offense which already works in every stance, this might be just overkill and not worth slotting both when usually Discerning offense is already good enough to help with hitting through parry&block. Maybe change this to work with Shield&Sword SM and have damage reduction in it similar to IB tactic.
RoR.builders - Sword Master
Most of the tactics for Swordmaster are just too weak for anybody to use them as the other tactics just are so much better. When you only have 4 tactics, slotting a tactic that does almost nothing is just not worth it even if you feel like "WOW" I can debuff target parry&block for mighty 5 seconds on 1 target. Other tanks get a lot more tactics that affect your party members SM just doesn't get anything that affects your party.
ps. If nothing else give SM single target knockback that is actually in a useful skills, blurring shock isn't good spot for the knockback. I wish the tactic changes the Gusting Winds to single target knockback with equal strength to the Kotbs/Chosen.

Re: Underperforming Tactics
I disagree with Poised attacks. It certainly doesnt underperform. Double stacking the strikethrough tactics is pretty much incredibly useful assisting down tanks and parry stacking mdps. You can never have enough strikethrough

Re: Underperforming Tactics
Well on poised attacks I do agree, but as my playing style is more hit from the back and you ignore parry&block anyway. Using 2 tactics to reduce parry&block is on my mind too many tactics used to do 1 thing. You can always use Gryphon's Lash too
