If the "name resolving" is the issue here (as stated by the screenie one of you guys posted), then your DNS-Server is having issues here. Somehow the addresses for RoR and the Webpage are not available in the routing-tables of your respective Server/Router.
Can it be that all of you guys share a same provider? That would probably explain the issue.

Sure that it's not a subsidiary of a bigger provider though? They might still use the same DNS-Servers or generally access the same servers from the get go without any economic relationship.

The point remains though, since even a local provider needs to acces DNS-Servers to resolve IPs globally and will barely be able to put those up himself^^
Just check back a little later, since there is really nothing to be done about it by the Dev's side.
