Maybe it would help if conq and vanq tokens would be rewarded before you are lev40 as long as you have already hit the proper rr.

Very anoying to go from more or less competetive with lev 39,999 rr50+ to utterly useless as soon as you hit lev 40 rr50+. And because you only got t4 tokens before from bags you can not even buy better equip.

How do you even UNDERSTAND...say... 80% of what your class has to offer / how to play it... if you never get to T4 ??

This game requires you to think a bit and to plan a bit, if you're going to do anything more than barely survive. (And some people have no problem with that informal kind of play, especially when they're having fun with a group of friends. I'm sure every guild has some players who play this "casually".)

Perhaps that's not desirable to you in a game. To me, that makes me want to learn about it (especially given the number of classes here).
