Hold on, You want to deny some players the chance to play the game just because you want to play the game without interruptions? Are you serious?

Not sure, but couldn't they just get a VPN to play the game from?

Yes. If there is enough benefit to doing this (which as I said, there likely is not), we would be blocking players in countries...

1. Where subscription-model WAR was never released
2. That primarily speak languages WAR had no language packs for
3. That have such poor internet infrastructure, the game would have unbearable ping anyway.

We have probably 3,000 active players, and I would venture that 95-99% of them are in the US, Europe (including Russia), and Australia. That last 1-5% can use a VPN.

You can play? I wish playing with interruptions was an option.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

odds are the DDOS is happening from computers all over the place, since that's gotten easier to set up in recent years and whoever is doing it is just borrowing the botnet off someone else one way or another so banning IP ranges would be just north of pointless.

it'd be better to find out WHY they're doing it, which might lead to finding the culprit or at least figuring out why they're being a little beardless prat.
