Keeping track of KD ratio is a horrible measurement of sucess in this game tho as its disscorage people from fighting and doesn't progress the campain one bit aswell as encourage behaviours like 6v1 warcamp camping. Its a PVP game after all and fear of dying in a PVP game is exactly the reason why WAR devs refused to make it a TOK entry.

however most of those names are already +70rr, and have been playing far longer that specific character than many others who might have joined RoR later.
also if the kills are counted similarly like on live, you wouldn't even need to get the deathblow for your party, but simply having contributed to the kill would be enough for your ToK to register it? (say AoE hits contributing to the kill but some other party finishes the target, your ToK still registers you contributing to that kill) A mechanic that favours AoE heavy classes over single target classes. (just look at the mdps to rdps ratio hehe)
