Str talisman and either wounds or ws in 2nd weapon slot, because you compensate the lacking Brute Force tactic. The 15% crit you gain is worth more than the 5-6 ws talismans.

Either you can go for this and go for cd-increaser at rr60. I am using this build and it works very well. The advantage here is, you can use all good dmg tactics and still cap STR. Use STR talismans.

When you want to play more exhaust heavy, then you can skip self-heal channel and spec this. Either take Flanking or Stab You Gooder as 4th tactic. Again full STR talismans.
