I guess at this point there is just couple of names right now that are so useless, so close to be a meme that they got their own meme inside that discord, and you don't need to have 10 years of experience into this game to start to laugh at those guys untill you are literally tired and starting to be toxic.

Man you lost the point of the "being toxic" in this game is considered being toxic telling to a tank "You are useless because you don't even swap guard". We are not talking about "insulting" people for one mistacke.

Hear we go. The "you are useless" is the toxic part and the "swap guard" is the constructive criticism. Wow, see how easy it is not to be an ass to ppl?

The insult isn't necessary or helpful and brings nothing to the situation other than making you feel better for belittling another person. IF you feel like they should be swapping, ask. Its about all you can do. Again, if you want to guarantee tanks that will swap like you want, get some for 6v6 Group Ranked.

It sounds like it's an unfortunate side-effect of how the new gear is priced to clearly be a grind. I am not convinced that high priced, long duration grind is what is needed for ranked sc gear.

This topic doesn't need more discussion. It's ridiculous to think we would ban Discord in a competitive mode, or at all for any reason. The entire argument is straddling the back of the NB ban that people are still coping over. Time to move on or get used to the new reality.

If you don't like Discord, don't use it. Be prepared for the social backlash of refusing to participate at the same level of expectation that others have in a competitive mode. You will still be able to queue without it, but don't expect people to be happy or welcoming when you aren't putting in the same amount of effort to win. You might want to compensate by making a couple of chat macros to call for targets, guard swaps, morale drops, punts, heal debuffs, etc. At least you would be putting in some comparable effort that way.

That being said, it is always appreciated when people consistently report toxic behavior. That's not acceptable in any format. Right click the name in chat and report, grab some screenshots or video and PM a GM. It's not hard to start the process and will serve a better end result than reciprocating the toxic behavior.
