So you didn't tank a toxicboy? Maybe this game isn't for you then. Warhammer ror is all about tanking frustration (high levels of frustration), low rewards and too much toxic ppl. Much without knowing they are being toxic. Because life is like this. All of us are toxic for others in certain moments without making any idea about that. Maybe the guy who was rude with you and your friend was terribly frustrated as hell and needed to spread his frustration.
I'm not a psychologist to say what is good. But my experience in design and UX say that removing toxic ppl from our circle is wrong, we should work more in try to decrease the frustration of the game and build a healthier community. And this doesn't work if we hunt toxicboys, but understanding them.
What I tell you is: learn to tank these people, you don't need to be a Mother Tereza but you can just don't take that for you and keep living and playing your game. The ignore option exists for a reason.

Telling you what is going wrong is toxic? Because you are the best zealot on this server and every critic on your play is pure toxicity? Did you ever think about you were doing something stupid and deserve what he said? Maybe he wasn't as ploite as you deserve, but in the heat of a fight this can happen. But you decided to go to the forum and show this community how toxic it is in the most toxic manner you can offer... .

From my experience, you get the most toxic sends in this game by telling people how they could improve their gameplay.

Not to forget to complain about your ban while later saying you were toxic... .

In the defend of the op toxic guy.

In the pug sc some player has a unreasonable expectation. I had the same problem in pug sc too. And i still have in open rvr. I thought something what my team play will/should do a minimum what i "expect" and if they wont do it iam frustrated.

So my advice: dont expect anything or other words be prepared anything

And you wont be frustrated and toxic

If you wanna expect something from the orthers make a party/group go discord etc.

Iam lot more healthy since i used my advice

Of course you cant expect the premade niveau on pug scenario, but at least some minimums like use of guard, heal (if the heal speced), no contra productive way of play like kicking nearly dead enemys away...

While pug sc are not a premade, it's still a team based content.

- If people don't know how to improve on their own, they should be happy to get advice.
- If people don't know how to improve and don't want to, a team based game is nothing for them.
- If people think there is nothing to improve, ... believe me, there is!

Of course the advice should keep the toxicity on a minimum (or zero), but I think everyone is able to relate how frustrating it is to give everything you can offer and some guys mess it up all the time.
