Kind of sad honestly. I feel this way a little bit about current WAR.

People cry about PVE runs? You can get your character geared for batle in t4 in 1 week. Show me other MMO where you can do that. People like this deserve gunbad goblins in Dark Souls mode.

Its 3 weeks actualy if I consider full pve road Redeye -> Bloodlord.

This is too much? Double the amount of time if you want, still not much for this type of game, you need longer to get your rr up anyway.

1 Week: Redeye comnplee 3 Sentinel
2 Week: Bloordlord complete 3 Sentinel inkl. BL Weapon
3 Week: Sentinel complete inkl Jewel (not needed for the road)

If you want to speedrun and just get wards and not wear duelist:

3 Days for Redeye
4 Days for Bloodlord

If your are not completly unlucky, you can do Bastion Stairs during the first 3 days with a Ruin/Redeye mix so it's between 2 Days (extrem lucky Redeye drops) to 7 Day (you only got all items from quests)
During this time you get at least 3 pieces of sentinel, choose Chest, Helm, Shoulders. Sell the weapons from bags in Gunbad and you propably are able to buy vanq Hands/Shoes from AH and at this point you should be able to buy vanq belt for 143 crests!

One week and you can decide to mix between sentine/Vanq/bloordlord or even Redeye if you want and have enough wards to wear souvereign!

Second week for Sentinel jewel would be a good investment if you are not already on your way to triumphant
