Its a big question because the RvR is still enroute to being fully implemented as per Live WAR, plus there is a big question to as whether or not the Live WAR RvR was working as intended.

Although technically I thnk RvR is working well (few bugs aside), there is some question as to the 'greater potential' some people have or fantasize about what could be improved.

Some people think that skirmishing should be king, and most rewards based of the individual killings of other players.
Others, like myself was a big fan of the VP concept Zone 'lock' and Tier locks (Tier4 stuff). Keeps being objects that people desired to fight over and defend. It wasn't as if there was always one reason to do so, which is a plus. Multiple ways to earn rewards through individual fighting or taking objectives and successful defenses.

BO's of all kinds are pretty much really boring. I would like to see more events that have RvR events which help fascilitate the movement of players to those areas, almost like a theme-park RvR experience.

There is so many different ideas as to what to really do with it, I admit I have had quite a few ideas too. Active BO's, better use of monster play, de-ranking (higher tier becomes a Champion in lower tier) or these sort of thing. Whether or not Scenarios should contribute to the campaign, whether players should be allowed or encouraged to play on both sides etc.

Currently I don't think Tier 1 is working that well, there is still some unfinished aspects such as the Influence Bars, contribution lock elements.

OH, and Rally Call would be nice, fully working Guilds, all renown tactics finished etc..
