[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Logging in results in me being booted from the server and I have to log back into the server.

Update: Now it is crashing the game

I can't remember my guild's name

I have a connection issue. I can connect on every char without problem but with my engineer lvl 34. I succeed login like 1 time out of 10 each time on my engi... That's very annoying When I try to log on it I come back to the characters selection screen (which is sometimes all green with just buttons) I already tried to repair but it didn't change anything (I have 5 char slot left, 8 destro 7 order and engineer is the last order slot I used).

I tried like 20 times today but no success.

game crashed at Caledor,tried to log in again, but when i press play it return me a black screen and no loading anymore

got kicked from the game, now character is stuck online. I can see it online through guild roster.

Crash and Current State:

- Game crashed during RVR warband fight in Caledor map, near mid cap. I was in SC queue too.
- I can login to other characters without problem.
- Client doesnt even show loading screen when i click 'Play', waits around 10 seconds then shows main screen again with "Locating battles.." and "Searching for allies.." messages with green or black background where character and environment models should be. I can open settings credits etc but nothing more, simply stuck there.
- Crash was instant no freezes or lag whatsoever.
-Tried /stuck command, fresh installation without addons. No luck.

Abnormalities Before Crash:

- "Exit Game" button on ingame "Main Menu" was causing crash after countdown.
- Same goes for /reload command.

(Both seems to be working fine now. I have changed no options or addons, just completed some of the Altdorf and Karaz-a-Karak quests i had with this character since.)

- Put in a finished SC where i had to wait 2 min countdown to get kicked. No leave button. But i gues this was happening on old days too, can't remember exactly tho.

All seems to be working fine, reporting no errors.

Some Thoughts:

- I was on SC queue, a SC pop might have something to do with it. Also it would be my first T2 SC on this toon.
- I was in a full warband.
- I was very close to rank up (RR) and as character is a lowbie mostlikely i did.
- Not sure but capture point might be taken by our side, we were fighting close to it while others camping it.
- I have all "Center Screen Messages" and ingame sounds turned off, incase it has anything to do with last 2 cases above.
- I've picked some new quests from Altdorf before crash yet not completed any just moved on to RVR. As i mentioned above some abnormalities with client solved for my other character "Khu" even tho i've changed nothing but just completed some of those quest.
- All of my characters are sharing the same UI System profile. I can login to others.

Character is new so i didn't wander around that much. In case it may eliminate possible causes:

- I've moved to Karaz-akarak, completed all quests i can get. Joined SC's meanwhile. Got my Pocket Keg item, hit T2 and moved on.
- Got butchering skill, got 3-5 level on it then changed it for scavenging.
- Picked up a few quests on Altdorf yet completed none, moved to Caledor RVR zone joined a warband and queued for SC's.
- Done no PQ's, no quests on any other map, nothing posted on market, no one online to mail me.

Edit: Character stuck online so i gues server simply kicks me when i try to login.
Edit: Another character (Khu) on my account teleported to a void zone after leaving SC. Not disconected so i was able to teleport out. Map was called "Zone 0" i guess.

Char name: Hotspecx
Zone: probably Highpass
Guild: Forgotten
Cause: Unknown. Exited a Nordland sc, from Troll Country flew to Highpass crashed immediately.

Similar to other players:

- Client doesnt even show loading screen when I click 'Play', waits around 10 seconds then shows main screen again with "Locating battles.." and "Searching for allies.."
- Crash was instant no freezes or lag whatsoever.
-Tried enter double /stuck, /rel commands. No luck.
-Completely new installation without addons. No luck.
