I'm actually fine with the wipe of ruin gear. You should never delete your prior gear in Alpha's or betas. I always keep my old gear in my backpack especially at the start of new patches.

OldPlayer has a point though it wouldn't take that much dev power to write a query for those items. I wouldn't consider it a waste of time either as Talismans are a big part of the game.

Its even easier to not do that and no one on staff has any spare time available right now.

They clearly said in the T4 announcement this could happen. Its not their responsibility to babysit everyone and explain it to each person. It was posted and we were told in game it was important to go and read it. It falls on the testers to make themselves aware.

As Telen said, there's absolutely no point in issuing advance warnings if we're going to go back on ourselves and compensate people who don't listen to us. If we give you an advance warning, be it in the form of the server rules or a news post about potential issues and wipes or in any other form, we will not show lenience or provide compensation for any issues you may experience as a result of not heeding those warnings.

Do people rather have the Devs spend time on fixing t4 or reimbursing people some shinies? To me the former seems the best use of their time in my humble opinion.
