What would encourage strategies for an open zones RvR, to have multiple fights, with three or two pairings is to cumulate points with maps locked.
One point for a T1 map, two points for a T2 map, three points for a T3 map and four points for a T4 pairing.
And the calcul of zones locked will determinate the winner side, tick + announcement.
If it is not already done...

I don't see that happening, like ever. Can you even imagine the amount of time this would take? Plus, I don't remember the last time I saw all zones locked. Yesterday evening destro zerg locked all t4 zones and got their worthless seal. Requiring ALL zones to lock before rewards is a seriously bad idea. We don't even have enough population for all zones to be open. If I understood you correctly.

Mate, I am all for multiple zones. You have no idea how bored I am from this zerg. But having all zones open just won't work. I believe it might never work. But of course, if devs decide to test it, I will join.

Moral bombing was semi-viable for Destruction (Squigs + tanks), but now its just tanks with their heavily nerfed moral tactics

However, for Order you still have BW and SW with perfectly viable M2 moral bombing accompanied by tanks (because of heavy nerfs to Destro, Order tanks will not be that late to the M2 dumping party compared to how it was)

Considering how Order gets to keep BW + SW M2s, warband moral bombing is perfectly viable, that is, if you are playing Order.
Sorc or Squig M4 will arrive to the fight after maybe 2 mins, whereas BW with tactic dumps their M2 in about 12 seconds, unless pumped by an AM and in 7-9 seconds.

So I guess I will be ranking up my BW next...

Atm I'm not sure if this is an "accidental" rebalancing effort, or fully 100% calculated plan to do weird rebalancing between moral bombing WBs and their respective core bombing classes, but I think it might just be "oops", there goes Destruction moral bombing. :)
You are off base. No order group is running AM morale pump, and to morale pump on a WB scale you would need at least 6 AM and 6 BW to make it even close to viable. You know that AM are a subpar WB healer, and you can't bring 6. Maybe 4 but then you lose RP's. 6BW is doable but if you got bw that means no SW they fill the same spots, and if you split between BW / SW that means the morale pump on BW screws up the bomb timing.

1-2 morale 2's is a crap bomb. You know you need multiple instant morales to spike, and the morale pump tactics on BW are junk unless if you got an 8 bw comp, and no one has that atm. No one. Same goes for AM. It is something that looks great in theory but in testing it falls flat, and it is better to have the bomb together, and even then unless you backline BW's and gut their regular dps, you are just going to get drained.

People keep beating on this dead horse. It has been tried and tested and it is not worth it. Especially with the ease of morale drain via AoE mara with tactic. Half the reason I think people bring it up is to convince people to waste tactic slots as they get spam drained by 3-4 mara's on the front.

Mara also have a good bombing M2. As do WE, both of witch are common in destro WB's. It is rare to see a WB without 2-3 maras these days which adds on to the BO and raze bomb.

Also your BW is already ranked!
