Regarding liniments, I am concerned with losing the seed to server crashes.
Right now if you disconnect from the server, any seeds in the plots are gone when you log back on. For liniments, that would mean losing your seed any time the server crashes if you are constantly growing.

Any plans for a fix for that, or a work-around I don't know about?

Pay attention to server announcements and pull your seeds. We give 5 minutes warning at least.

It was considered. I decided not to because the stat distribution was unique and didn't overlap with what other sets offered after buffing them to T4 levels. Gunbad is new, but the position of it in the grand scheme of item hierarchy does not make it current BiS gear. It is around Anni/Merc, and RvR/Scen gear is generally better than PvE gear at the same tier.

Overall the left wing wasn't so bad but the trash mobs were a little numerous. The final PQ in particular felt like a punishing time sink. If you wipe or time out while doing the boss, which is gonna happen once or twice your first run, or if you get bad luck and the boss bugs out on npcs / gliches into the ground then you gotta spend 20-30min redoing the last 2 stages. After 1 wipe, 1 bugged out, and 1 time out it quickly spirals into 2 hrs on that PQ.

It is also hard depending on your comp order side. WP AoE cleanse can't be used, so if you have a melee heavy party you are going to get a lot of adds, and clearing the trash with a ST focused group is less than ideal and more time consuming, so some group comps work better than others, which makes it hard to just take what you have in a 2 2 2.

This really makes it feel like a grind. The first two PQ's are pretty perfect but the last one is a bit overkill with 2 grindy stages.

Cutting a stage or shortening the stages, and reducing the health on the final boss a little bit would smooth it out. The third PQ would be near impossible for many group setups if they were a little lightly gear or sub 40. It probably works better for destro since dok group cleanse works for alignments but wp's doesn't.
Thats what you call a "punishing time sink", did you ever run bastion? LV? ToVL when not grossly overgeared they were an event over several days and even when grossly overgeared they certainly werent a couple of hours run through
I think ppl would prefer longer timers than more trash mobs as aggravation.
Ppl have limited time and clear trash mob especially when you fail boss can be pretty boring. As said especially in left wing t3 pq.
This encourage also random group up ( instead fix group which not all ppl can do) if contenent can be do faster more ppl will have access to it more frequently but this will not make gear goes on more than before.

The number of x pieces drops in x time do not increase, but the time in the istance drops a lot( which mean is less tedious) but is not more easy as the real hardnesd to overcome are bosses anyway.

If trash mobs are adds or increase the hardness they are nice otherwise they make things tedious

Understood. But what about legitimate crashes or client side disconnects?
Not saying a solution is needed, but it may be really annoying if the seeds are very rare.

Gerv wrote:There is a difference between long, and challenging. You know it, I know it, we all play the same game. Grinding lots of trash for players, as you know, is laborious.

Having trash mobs with unique abilities like healing near-by allies in Reilkland beastlord, trash mobs that have channels to be interupted / knocked down or explode for damage that you have to isolate / cc are engaging or pulls you to him, are active and interesting to fight. Having many mobs is, that are extensive in number, is not my, and by feedback from Krast, not only my concern for how to create a challenging instance that
takes a long time.

I know what it took the staff to build, I'm not dismissing that. I hope the bosses are different and I am sure I'll have fun doing it tomorrow.
reducing clear time can be one of the challenge.
no doubt there is a minimum time set by design.
devs said good reason for it.
if we wanna change it, we need really good reason.
like in entire server perspective, not just players.

maybe it will be reduced after next dungeon.
like anni/merc cost cut down after conq/domi

Super abundant trash mobs are just a bit of a bore though. Especially since you just have to dps them down, it's not like it's early WoW or something where managing CC on trash mobs was important (once again a thing in certain mythic+ prefixes now) because CC immunities mean its just a dps race or cleanse fest.

We don't even know the set bonuses or stats because the wiki hasn't been updated yet.
?? I updated the wiki weeks ago with Redeye stats. They're at the bottom of PvE below Rare Fortune
