To me, that doesn't sound intentional and seems like it is related to the SM/BO enchant/bellow changes. I would bugtrack it unless a dev says otherwise.

- Heaven's Blade has been reworked. It now has a 25% chance on striking an opponent to buff your group with resistance against one of the damage types that the foe would attack with. If this is an armor type, your group gains a maximum of 990 Armor - if it is a resistance type, your group gains a maximum of 378 Resistance against that type. Monsters will always grant Armor. This Enchantment cannot trigger multiple times on the same attack.

Does this stack with armor/resist pots?

I'd suggest another tiny change to slayers 2h tree - add on application of the initial strike of cleft in twain the tooltip dmg of pulverizing strike.

Since there's no inevitable doom around to keep the pressure going, 2h cannot afford to basically not do damage for a whole gcd.

It has nothing to do with DD Zealot, which may benefit from a tree arrangement later. It has everything to do with the outrageous concept of melee classes with infinite AP while it is up. You don't even cast fast enough for an ICD to hurt you, so frankly you are just whining in ignorance and, remembering your name and the average "quality" of your posts, I'm not sure why I'm even bothering to explain it to you.
