Honestly, yes.

The current unravelling drama is rather sad and from an outside perspective. It appears the devs feel that way too since it takes away focus from RoR towards (in the grand scheme of things) petty bullshit.

Now that said Torq's open letter, imo, points towards him being quite a colorful guy. Using phrases that I cant really understand how any of the team found acceptable. But that was thankfully edited out later on. So clearly someone saw the error in doing so and it was corrected.

Now i have no idea who is in the right or who is in the wrong regarding the Torq vs Aza scandal but its pretty evident that they seem to have some internal leadership issues and hopefully they can resolve it in an amicable way and come out of this a stronger and better team.

But i also think people need to stop viewing people in a binary way as either GOOD or BAD. People are complicated and people make misstakes. It doesn't add anything to just devalue a person to either just a GOOD GUY or a BAD GUY, it subtracts value.

I personally appreciate the fact that both Torque and Azarael have been willing to take time out of their lifes making addition to RoR as well as all the other devs <3

You have brought back a game that I didnt really know i missed so much until i started playing ROR again!

So yeah, in the grand scheme of things RoR is fun and they are improving upon Age of Reckoning in a way better form that I believe the RoR devteams vision is alot better vs the Age of reckoning one we got.

Hi. I first played WAR soon after its original release until shortly before its tragic demise. I had just learned of this project 2 days ago and was thrilled to see it still had an active community! Eager to see what promise the future had in store for it, I attended yesterdays Q/A.

Pretty appalled at what the speaker Azarael had brought up about this Torquemadden character. Kudos to him for wearing his feelings out on his sleeves like that, pretty brave. Didn't seem so well received by Wargrimir, seemed kinda weird that he referred to his co-volunteers as "His Moderators".

I've hardly returned to this game but I need to know if any of the problems brought up by Azarael from yesterdays episode are being addressed before I put anymore time into this.

Love WAR, love that people have poured their heart into this project again, Will not support this if it's status quo. Pins shared on yesterdays Discord of chatlogs by this Torqumadden douchebag have discouraged me from carrying on (as a few others too I imagine).

I always enjoyed the PvE and scenarios in Warhammer. PuG scenarios or scenarios featured premade vs premade were best for PvP, of course.

Developers are not your friends. You don’t have to care about them, nor they you. Gamers in general tend to have egos. Just enjoy the game man. You might clash once in a while when a change is made that you feel particularly passionate about. I got a little heated myself with the White Marauder and some of the rdps boosts that I felt was unnecessary and overblown. But it is what it is. See you in game!
