This is no rant or balance request, i just want to point out that it is probably no bug.
I.e. Kotbs should wreck and destroy WE 1v1. He will simply dps down WE quicker than WE can dps Kotbs down, even with armor penetration and feinted positioning. If he is not then he is doing something wrong or WE is very lucky.
SnB IB on the other hand, even with relatively small block value still have a lot of survi and with it's utility have higher chance in WEvsIB fight.
200+ str with 200+ tough, armor rating of a tank and like u said the bubble tactic, kotbs can be pretty dam nasty, seen many scens recently where a kotbs was top dps. Imagine if cap was 15 and they had runefangLuth wrote:

I win most fights againt rank 12 SnB IB, so my win ratio against them is much higher than 50/50 or 60/40. Thing is most of them don't use them to their full potential. I was talking about an situation when IB is played by very good player who know how to play them and are propably very well geared as well.Ototo wrote: If its 50/50-60/40 u are playing it plently bad. The WE/WH class is meant to stand-alone drop out stealth, kill someone and return to stealth. If by any chance has to face more then the posibilities drop, but no.......... in a 1vs1 u are supposed to win ALLWAYS or u are doing it plenty bad.
Your strght here in t1, around 200-250, completely cancel the shields. They could have a death rat in that hand and they would get the same defense out of it. The reason why KoBS looks harder to kill is cuase it debuff ur strght and the increase block rate hit. When coupled with a shield is most likely the only class able to block attacks from a WE, or any SnB tank under his aura, as long as the aura debuff/buff is the important part out of it. STILL u are supposed to drop out of stealth and kill him in a 1vs1.
I am writing about current situation only. For WE vs Kotbs situation I am talking about Kotbs with 2-hand weapon.Luth wrote:My numbers are not correct, according to "<shield block rating>/<offensive stat>*0.2"sotora wrote:You are not correct. A 130 block rating on the shield vs 250 str. should be 10,4 block chance.

I think "On your Guard" is delivering a good amount of damage in the statistics.Morf wrote:200+ str with 200+ tough, armor rating of a tank and like u said the bubble tactic, kotbs can be pretty dam nasty, seen many scens recently where a kotbs was top dps. Are you trying to tear down a numbered argument by saying that i dont have a WE? Having a WH, btw? And rolled one in Live anyways. Found more fun in WHs Dragon's spec.sotora wrote: I win most fights againt rank 12 SnB IB, so my win ratio against them is much higher than 50/50 or 60/40. Anyway maybe stop theoretizing, roll a WE and see how it is?
When you're at it try to go at good 1v1 at Warrior Priests and White Lions too and see if you "always win".
I prefer empiric discussion rather than arguing about dry theoretical numbers.Ototo wrote:Are you trying to tear down a numbered argument by saying that i dont have a WE? Having a WH, btw? I played when it was 11, not 15, and the RR was capped in ur own level, so max t1 was 11/11.sotora wrote:I prefer empiric discussion rather than arguing about dry theoretical numbers.Ototo wrote:Are you trying to tear down a numbered argument by saying that i dont have a WE? As for live argument. This is not Live server. Here cap is rank 12 instead of 15, renown skills does not work, many tactics doesn not work, there are no talismans, no pots. One can safely assume that hit register and skills are not implemented exactly the same as on live too.
Noona is gonna nerf WE, so what exactly I am defending here?Ototo wrote: If u are trying ur class to look less alpha that it is so it can keep it that way, its a no way. We all know how hard the mirrors hit.
Anymore "im the pro and u have no idea of what are u talking about, so my opinion rules" cards left? Also, about the underlined part, no.sotora wrote:Yeah and rank 11 cap was when actually? How many patches behind?
