I updated the main post again + the poll is now clearly about a temporary change until T3 is released and you can change your vote if you want.

I'm a little confused about why RA requires 9 points, but SS requires 5, when the skills are actually mirrors. I must confess I didn't read the skill description of RA too closely and assumed there was some feature of the skill to justify it, but I see nothing.

Well its the only spamable heal debuff in the whole game. That it can be cleansed by des main healer (dok) and not orders (wp) gives a big advantage to des. At 27 when gcleanse comes in it becomes even more of a game changer as sw debuff will be cleansed while sh can spam debuffs that order cant cleanse. The original devs probably wanted to hold it back for that reason.

Des particularly Penril will be horrified by the idea des might have some balance advantage somewhere because as we always hear from des players 'the devs played order'.

Group cleanse itself is pretty high on the list of things to reevaluate.

I don't think there is really a need to increase the level cap to 21 at this point is there? Might as well go for 30 with tier 3, and then look at how that shakes out.

btw: With typical healing specs cleanse isn't spammable, so it works out basically the same.

I thought the level cap for T2 was 21 in old tiers and 26 in new, that's all.

It was 20 in the old tiers. Maras debuffing wounds at 21 with TB would 2 shot lvl12s.

Id say as a community we should just bare with it and let the devs work on squashing bugs and adding content.
