it's like a vicious cycle of need more NA players to fill out NA playtimes and Melee Bug frustrations. I play my Chosen still, but in small group RvR (Which I usually only participate in) Melee Bug is hellafrustrating.

Especially when Kiting classes know that strafe jumping - kiting exaggerates the issue.. Yes solo AMs, I'm talking to you.

Most NA players I know - even fans from live - hit that melee bug in T1 and never come back.

I chose ranged/healers for that...
I started leveling a SM now, and hell yes this issue is terrible. Just can't hit anything if they move =(

Realistically, there isn't a 70/30 population split in favor of Destro (and I agree the faction % bar should really be tiered as it's misleading)

What happened on the day is that when the patch came in, it was still Euro primetime and Destro was in the ascendancy - by the time NA started logging in, rather than fight - they logged their Destro toons and humped the zerg

Furthermore, rather than remove all medallions and crests from the game I firmly believe that had it been left to play out for a few more days, the NA Order premades who have been dominating SCs in recent weeks would have done the same thing and we'd have seen Order zerging empty keeps (as Destro would have largely done the same thing and logged their Order toons) and a week later everyone would be in Devastator

There aren't the incentives (yet, and yes - a 'reworked' AAO I'm talking about you) yet to the casual player to make defending the keep sieges more worthwhile (renown abilities being a little way off and the renown cap still limited to L30).

Not that I condone this mentality, but why spend hours contesting a keep for one side to get 5 medallions when you could log the zerging side and get 120 in the same number of hours?

If however rewards (and by this I mean a low % chance to drop) were given for kills (medallions, boxes of medallions, Devastator boots/gloves), there would be more incentive for the sieged side to fight from a tactical position of strength (see elite skills like: RoF/PoS). Furthermore if a reworked AAO that boosted %chance to drop (medallions, boxes of medallions, Devastator boots/gloves) - I feel any population disparity would naturally arbitrage to roughly 50/50

Funny how I read the same thing on Order chat but being about Destro dominating with premades.

People will never fully understand, that what happens to a side, happens to the other too.

I was wondering about this too. Order never seems to dominate in SCs when our premade is in them; however, it seems like Detro can't form a warband worth a damn in ORVR compared to Order..

I saw the PvE Zerg. It was boring. Did not join in.

Someone in-game recently pointed out that nowadays at least, people fight for Rewards. If Option A has greater rewards, they will do Option A. Often even if they find it more boring than Option B.

Soo..better rewards for fighting and less for not-fighting options?

During NA peak time (lowest pop time of day) we usually have fairly even numbers on the main page, but that doesn't reflect the rvr situation. Very often destro can't even get a group going in rvr that time of day. I don't know if destro NA is doing SCs, or farming or what.

The other night was obviously a huge imbalance, I don't debate that. But I do think we should be wary of using those website numbers to substantiate anything , it just doesn't tell the full story.

I only mention this because I see a lot of people using the website numbers as some sort of evidence.
