Definitely not the case, as stated before, unless "3 times" means all three wings.
One kill = one piece of gear, you can even hand in the former quests (kept them when tokens were announced to be implemented, before handing in), see:

Hi Hargrim,

What is the reason for the 1 to 1 conversion on the Conqueror Medallions? This way there is no incentive for a new player to ever get the conqueror set because a new player will just start to save up for a full vanquisher set. Yes, they have to get the RR first, but it would still be more effective to straight up save tokens for vanquisher until you can equip it than to grind for conqueror and after that grind for vanquisher.
Shouldn't there at least be some kind of a gear progression? A 1 to 1 conversion makes it possible for player that already have 5 out of 6 pieces to get the last piece (and I appreciate that), but in terms of a gear progression it still kills the whole conqueror set.
I can understand that a 1 to 5 conversion is maybe to much (for medallions and emblems), but I think a 1 to 3 conversion for both would be reasonable.

Dude BoH was core before along with BH ( Bolster Enchantment) lol...been using before this patch, now you have to spec for it. BoH was actually never removed before in case you didn't notice.

The reson is that it was decided to be like that. Also, there is a lot of sets and you should be able to bag + conq farm enough to habe the set before you hit RR50. IMO.

If leads responsible for PvP itemization decide to makr it 5 for 1 it can be changed.

formaly is 1-1 but substantialy i think is 2-1 ratio because you drop both conqueor and vanq togheter which mean the drop rate is x2 now for conqueror currency ; basicaly it would had been the same as if you drop only conqueror and the set cost was cutted half

New dungeon are nice (destro one, wasnt in order yet) and funny, not milions of mobs like gunbad. same mobs same nice boss fights how i remember them for live.

But its little easy that quests for gear only 4 kills...

and one questions how its is with the dungeon lockouts, you say no locks but it looks like they are same

3 days for Gunbad, 4 days for City Dungeons.

Wards will be implemented after 'preview week' on next Saturday.
