Why is Destro the way that it is?
Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
I'm a new player to this game. I'm going to say, that as a new player that wants to play Destruction, this post is EXTREMELY discouraging... like very. I don't mind playing the Underdog but good grief if they lose as frequently as is described here, I can't blame people for switching to Order.

This topic is ironic (see. why is order the way it is- concerning low city winrate of order). In oRVR main thing is numbers/number of good premades, class balance is almost non-influentian. In forts it is slight in favour of order, but it is not 70% like destro wins in the city.xruptor wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 2:10 pm I'm a new player to this game. If you want to play destro, play destro. you will have easier time in cities due to better melee-ball, cc abilities and better synergie between classes, thus acquiring endgame gear easier and having more fun overall.
Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
"Better melee ball" order zerglings still believe this lmao
Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
I do intend to continue playing my Destruction toons. I enjoy the Destruction atmosphere and not to mention their classes. I don't really like the Order side of things. I will admit though, reading these constant "doom and gloom" threads about how poorly Destruction is endgame or how they are outnumbered and lose at everything is discouraging. Especially, when my goal is to be at a point to enjoy myself in these large scale rvr experiences. I'm a new player and I suppose that may not mean much, but I will continue my crusade to bring Chaos and Destruction upon my foes. Thanks btw for taking the time to respond.Sundowner wrote: ↑Tue Aug 25, 2020 2:26 pmThis topic is ironic (see. why is order the way it is- concerning low city winrate of order). Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
The population swings, there are times when destro zergs and there are times when order does it, doesn't really matter. Pugs get farmed either way, it's just that the order pugs are zerging like crazed these days. Level up, get some gear and join some organized warbands/roaming parties and you'll find fun zergbreaking.
Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
Good order warbands have no problem winning, so you must be doing something wrong, probably bringing 5engis doesn't really help.
Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
Did I ever say I was not winning? I am talking about 70% winrate of destro zerglings still thinking it is because they have better skills

If you're winning then you wouldn't be going about saying things like "destro has better meleeball" Go back to taking empty keeps and running supplies lol
Re: Why is Destro the way that it is?
If I win it doesn't mean order>destro or order=destro, I am just part of the statistics, which is 70% in favour of destro. Thinking further then your nose yelds great results, try it sometimes.
Also just took not so empty fell landing
