If Law of Gold and EoV traded places in mastery tree (same for shaman) it would help heal spec alot. It's needed skill always. Add to Funnel Essence to have swift strike style movement speed buff + add to Run Between Worlds tactic when using walk between worlds AM gets 10 second long enchantment that reduces all dmg taken 15 % (doesnt stack with the aoe detaunt part). This would make AM closer to shaman run away perks and adding that dmg reduction Enchantment on Runbetweenworlds closer to shaman regarding ae detaunt tactic.
Change both Shaman/AM Green an cleanin/Isha's encourage to be GRP cleanse/hot. Add pulsing aoe hot to shrug it off/magical infusion. Healing becomes much more fluid and better for both classes with these changes when they can always in heal spec take eov/fodg + dsu/funnel essence. ALso changing Shaman's Pass it on to include HOTS + FODG would make that tactic pretty nice.

This would be overkill imho. I think that putting a base healing value in I'll take that and Bleed fer me and then changing Waaaagh! What is overkill because i cant really agree and my suggestions would help HEAL specs while not addin anything more to dps. Addin traveling ae hot to Shrug/Maginfusion with 30 seconds cooldown is basically zealots ritual of lunacy type healing so it helps but wont do huge heals. Changin creen an clean + isha's engourage to be grp cleanse again would be small hot + absorb for your grp. Def not overkill when you start thinking what kind of perks other healers have and why would they take am/shaman but with these changes there might be a reason to take them, imo remove insta ress tactic. The resurrection cast times change while removing insta ress and whups suddenly there is more than 1 heal am/shaman in 24 man.
Editing for Ysaran.Needing to be rr70 to have everything HEAL spec needs vs rr 40 is a problem why ? WP needs like rank 36 to get everything that is REQUIRED for healbuild. + LOL i said ADD TO SHRUG/INFUSION THE HOT not removing anything from the skills. just adding hot. Even if FE gets speed buff its still has cooldown and shaman run away does not and you can cast heals while run away procs and am would just run away while healing for 3 seconds and then 10 second cooldown, so run away tactic is still better. and what do you mean that shaman needs to use tactic slot for ae detaunt and am doesnt because i just said that add to the TACTIC called run between wordls the 15 % dmg reduction for 10 seconds after using walkbetweenworlds so cant have 100% up time only 66%. While shaman still has 25 % dmg reduction and it is up against anyone who attacks shammy very fast and its passive! So yeah its always up and Shaman still would be better than AM even if these my ideas would be implemented.

So as long as AM has a target he can use a speed buff on demand while Shammy has to be hitted and even then you only have 25% chance to proc. Doesn't seem much balanced to me. You want an on demand absolute damage decreaser on a skill that already stop the setback, while shammy has a tactic that has 25% proc chance and that decrease damage only from one attacker per proc and a skill that instead than stopping setback gives 5% disrupt. This skill is already extremely powerful for a 5pt ability, it doesn't have to be tuched. also it has 60s CD, how long should be the hot to make it worth to waste the only fast big heal you have? Shrug it off isn't the right skill for a hot.

I think that the lifetap nature of AM/Shammy should be underlined. To do so i think that I'll take that and Bleed fer me have to be changed to be more usefull. in this wasy it will be easier to use AM/Shammy mechanic and it would feel less a waste of gcd. Atm the only skill that is worth using in order to pass from damage mechanic to heal mechanic is FODG, and i think that this has to change. Adding a base healing to both I'll take that and Bleed fer me would make them worth casting making switching mehcanic much fluid. adding a tactic that makes Bleed fer me an aoe hot would be the charry on to, letting you decide whether speccing aoe or ST.
Insta rezz should be core mechanic of shaman/am, like if you have 5 heal mechanics the rezz is always instant

While most of what u said is true, good players or good groups with good AMs can use this as advantage, spec ur AM pure defensivly, be a bait, let them waste time, designate guard to protect it.
I've seen good AMs (not many of them maybe 3 that i know off) doing good in city while facing top destro groups, so yea, its possible but u need proper approach.

All AM/shammie need is a slightly less potent version of Azas rework. Drop the AoE tactic for balance essence/ITT, slightly reduce the heal amounts (or make them more reliant on willpower stat contribution)
The main problem atm versus the other healers is heal output on the move/under pressure. The old rework alleviated that though it was slightly over the top. In addition it was fun to play, a major factor here.

1) Make EoV 9 point skill.
2) Make Group heal 2 second cast time.
3) Combine apotheosis and Ishas encouragement into 1 tactic at 11 point tactic slot ( giving AM a group hot/cleanse) but make cd 10 secs with tactic.
This would make AM have a better overall heal spec. Would give them a faster than RP group heal. And give them one very special job of group cleansing so WP/Dok aren’t the only ones.

A base heal amount on Balance Essence and ITT would make an average heal rotation much more fun. I don't know what amount would be appropriate at 5 stacks of mechanic. RP flash heal amount seems about right as lifetap heals dont crit.

Question to healing AM/sham, would changing Rezz ability to be instant, but on 10s CD with tactic changed to reduce CD to 5s and maybe add an Absorp or HoT on Rezz, enhance their usage in organized WBs?
If Insta Rezz and morale are 2 of the main reasons one would pick AM/Sham first, would giving them one of these automatically make the WB build efficient?
