- Fixed an issue causing one cast to interrupt another.

Cant interupt your own cast if you are rooted, ch ch etc, casting a 2 sec big heal can when being attacked turn into 4 secs+, as you can no longer interupt the cast with another skill it can be a death sentence if u cannot move, this dont work and i dont remember it being this way on live.
