Guilds without membership

sorry for posting again here....
My guild "Echoes Of War" was never restored at all.. even with the backup of 5th of may you had said you that was applied... i am sure that are other guilds in same situation, could we have some information for what's happening? so we know if should we make new guilds? join new guilds? and one more question:
when and if restored, will Guild Vaults be as they were or they will be empty?

The Dominion, Leader Ohdoh. Just wondering if there is any status on this. Not stressed by any means, just curious. Is it wise to just create another guild with a similar name or does that one stand a chance of being lost too?
