Is no one going to comment on the fact that the 50/50/50 quests are nearly requiring 100x the kills necessary to finish? 30+ kills, got 1/50 on one. Killed 8 high elves and got 1/50.

This promotes small groups rather than getting in a big WB to fill out that 50/50/50 and turning it in to get your seals. Please consider making all t2 kills count for the t2, and all kills in t3 count for the t3.

FYI - T3 was a blast haha, super OP classes are quite a bit toned down minus the AM's, and I'm sure DPS shammy's, those guys are having a hayday but it is still a lot of fun. I personally had a blast and think it would get a lot more people out in the lake if the 50/50/50 counts considered all kills, and MAYBE not even just DB's. If people start mowing through them, turn down the reward to 7 or 8 but progress always feels soooooo good when you see it :D

A lot of the changes RoR makes is reflex/knee jerk. Its not like they have a massive crew.

There's far more thought and effort put into any balance change than we get credit for, but we still try despite the toxic and hostile attitudes when changes get made.

still of any tactic need to stack (as this wasnt the case in live and i approve the change) then fix the tactic stacking rule

% are broken in war they always had been, those and procs. General Stacking rule should be fixed first otherwsie you will keep have anomaly like this, stacking tought the problem with cs stack was probably

M3-CS-challenge; if it all stacked is a 100% dmg reduction once every min in sc is basically better than a M4

If it is has to much impact on rvr you could let CS applications remove Challenge effect

Okay, officially at 130 kills on Death blow and only 4/5 high elves killed. Something is really not working with the 50/50/50 quest.

When you are in a warband, you have still groups and maybe someone in your group has to make the kill.
Dying is no option.

Keep the gear, it is the rr potions I mentioned. Those are not cosmetic, they are very much a needed item for t4 (or any tier) if you want to stay competitive. The devs already have a pot for the lower tiers where all you need is green seals. All I am saying is they should have one for only the purple seals as well.
If you are going to introduce a potion useful in t4, you should not require players to go to t2/t3 to get it.

We did though. That's where you get them from.

Also, bigger picture, knowing these are attained from T3 would you be more or less likely to level through RvR in T3 as opposed to grinding PvE and reaching T4 with RR10?

I just want to say thank you for all your hard work and effort. Some of us really do appreciate all that you do even if we don't always express it. I wish I knew more programming to offer assistance.
