EDIT: RvR Kill quests are still takeable in t3 for my Knight, and he is lvl 21. I believe it was because I had a them already when fix was input. There was 1 that I didn't have(due to clicking too fast), and that one I can not take anymore.

main reason is the alliance chat i guess this will help a ton of smaller guilds to form up and heradlys are working ? they do even on capes if your guild lvl 15 witch you cant get yet
well im still on guilds and will continue to work on them so more features will be avaible soon TM
its just alot of packet work and re structuring to get things working like i still didnt found the bloody byte that enables the assign standard carrier -_-

At least for am and shammy, this change was great.

It destroys ballance and makes shamy and especialy AM very powerful. I play both so I know what I am talking about. Especialy for AM its huge andvantage because of the fact that AM does not have AP problems. The only AM weeknes was healing/movement combination which does not exist now. So next time SH could have Plink in movement to improve the game?

- RvR Kill Quests have now a minimum rank. T1 = 1 / T2 = 12 / T3 = 22 / T4 = 33 (when we missed some quests or when we set a wrong level requirement please inform us!)

Leveling through T2 is no problem at all. Get a dps am or wp (either friend, guildie or muscle for hire) to grind champs one by one in Saphery. 3/4 Hours later you are rank 22. renown is a nonfactor since it will rise quicker than level in T3 anyway.

You can farm some rats in TC/Ostland, takes about the same 3-4 hours from 12 to 22.
