Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
the lava was redone with the last hotfix and I am unable to replicate any issues atm. But as always if the issue persist please post it on the bugtracker with exhaustive information. (the old ticket is still open).

That was reverted. HOWEVER also we noticed today that the tooltips for the trained to x spells are wrong and will be corrected.Mausini wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 12:56 pm The problem with the general pet damage was reported ages ago and was fixed by implementing:
Pet wounds, toughness, weapon skill, strength, and initiative are reduced, however:
Points in Hunter tree grant strength and weapon skill to your pet
Points in the Axeman tree grant toughness and initiative to your pet
Points in the Guardian tree grant wounds, toughness, weapon skill, strength, and initiative to your pet

Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
Any ETA on fixing Order getting annihilated anytime after 7:00 or so Altdorf time?
NA seems to have gotten especially bad lately. Can't find people to play orvr with and I can't blame them with not wanting to do anything other than play the somewhat controlled environment of scens.
Hard to be motivated when its a constant beatdown.

I'll assume this is a legit question and not just baiting. If you really want to keep yourself from getting "annihilated" after 7:00 server time you should be ready for a real commitment. 1. Start advertising for the game, especially for Order, on other platforms (Reddit, etcetera). 1b. Start a guild aimed at recruiting and teaching new players. 2. Spend time getting a core 12-24 together that, more than anything, know how to play their classes well and trust each-other to hold their own. 3. Now, a month-ish later, you can schedule times when at least twelve of you can roll around t4 and, at the very least, take some tit-for-tat fights.CountTalabecland wrote: ↑Mon Oct 29, 2018 11:17 pm Any ETA on fixing Order getting annihilated anytime after 7:00 or so Altdorf time?

Not getting stomped 24/7 is about getting a core group together, and making sure you all know/have studied how to play your classes well. NA is lacking a consistent motivated Order presence, but that doesn't fix itself by just complaining on the forums.

Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
Not baiting, I get what you''re saying but with the amount of time I have the only real options seems to be play dest or not play.
Thing aren't helped by the fact that dest is much better off balance wise even before you start piling the 100% aao on the situation. It would take quite a lot of effort just to get a chance to be competitive. I just don't think it HAS to be this hard to play Order, nor SHOULD it be for that matter.

Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
So after this patch and the moral bandaid, I was personally very interested in how this would look tonight monday, and on wedsday since that is when Order are actually in the rvr lakes now.
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/ ... nknown.png
1. slayer, 2.bw, 3.wh, destro, 5.bw, 6.engi
This was Reikland after about 2and a half hours of play, CNTK, some pug tail and in the last 30min during siege an additional pug warband. Order having about 100 aao the entire zone, and it could had been even worse if TUP didnt desite that PQ22 was more of a challenge than chasing the one order warband around the entire zone, like the rest of the other 2-3 destro warbands.
So what am I getting at here, am I bragging about kills? no, not at all. The CNTK warband had about 3 BW in the warband during this Zone, and while I can understand the fear and trauma some destro mains instantly jumped to, when they saw the patchnotes about Ruin and Destruction being reverted to 1200 damage, I think it is safe to say that this wasn't very far off from my own analysis:
"reverting BW and Mara M2 will only mean Organized Order warbands will pug stomp a little faster, where as Organized destro warbands will stand a better chance in the organized warband fights vs order, due to the natural outcome of having drain and moral dump on the same class"
So we shall see on wedsday, I personally predict a roaring landslide when it comes to destro dominance, but hope I am wrong.
(order still need utility tools, and destro need a damage buff)
This only helped pugstomping, and will not help Order, if that was the intended result. However armor debuff on RP was not used.

It's not hard to understand, the engineer's class has an exaggerated burst of damage. And I repeat you ruined a class like SH by taking away the only decent M2 that he had that allowed him to have a minimum of burstdamage taking away unshakable focus. To ruin one class to balance another is never the best choice.peterthepan3 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 28, 2018 1:45 pmI just see a string of words with no substance and/or proof behind them. In what way are they dealing 'exaggerated damage'? Too many dots? So does the Magus - what's your point? Too much damage? ST? AOE? Back up your claims.Paura wrote: ↑Sun Oct 28, 2018 5:36 am Engineer
The 11pt Tactic 'Tracer Rounds' will now increase your chance to critically hit by 15% as long as you are within 100ft of your turret.
Bad, the engineers are too powerful as a class have a speed of exaggerated damage, too many dots and too much damage, all this makes the fight not fun because you do not even have the ability to react especially if you meet more than 1 engineer.
You removed Unshakable Focus m2 because it was exaggerated, so you completely ruined Squig Herder by taking out all of his burst damage.
Tracer Rounds was changed to 100ft because it was nigh useless for other specs with such a range limitation. While Magus crit tactics only affect one true, that is somewhat of a nonissue given that a Havoc Magus would only use Havoc abilities in trying to get a kill (bar SoI, which isn't really needed anymore), while Changing Magus would be using Changing abilities for maximum sustained. Tracer Rounds' placement far in the right tree also means you have to give up offspeccing into either Grenades or Rifleman.
If necessary, the range could be reduced but I think it is within limits given that you can neuter the tactic completely by killing the turret within a GCD or two.
Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
You make it sound like SH were only killing targets with m2.
Dying is no option.

Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
Just give Order back the AoE WL we had a month ago, with functional Spirit AoE dmg, AoE KD, AoE Intterupt, AoE Ws+Init debuff.... then people (me included) will want to go play Order. At the moment it's just more enjoyable to play Destro.
Re: Server Patch notes 27/10/2018
Excuse me but has concussive rune already been changed in game?
The info text is still describing a moral drain effect, and I see no debuff, neither armure nor elemental, when using it?
